The agreement between you and SELF MEDIA LLC for using Frameriver.

1. Agreement

These Terms govern your use of the Frameriver website and service. By registering an account or using the service you accept these Terms and enter into an agreement with SELF MEDIA LLC.

2. The service

Frameriver is an AI video production platform: script structuring, characters and locations, storyboards, video and audio generation, editing, and export. Available features and plans are described in the studio; generation relies on third-party AI models.

3. Account

You are responsible for the accuracy of registration data and for keeping your credentials secure. Accounts may not be shared outside the rules of your plan.

4. Your content

You retain rights to the content you upload and create. You grant SELF MEDIA LLC a licence to host and process this content solely to provide the service, including passing it to AI model providers you invoke. You are responsible for having the rights to the materials you upload and for how you use generated results, including compliance with applicable law and third-party rights.

5. Acceptable use

It is prohibited to use the service for unlawful content, infringement of third-party rights, attempts to disrupt the service, or circumvention of technical limits.

6. Payment

Paid plans and generation pricing are shown in the studio. Unless stated otherwise, fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable to the extent permitted by law.

7. Disclaimers and liability

The service and AI outputs are provided “as is”; generation results may be inaccurate and require review. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the aggregate liability of SELF MEDIA LLC is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

9. Changes and law

We may update these Terms; the current version is always published on this page and applies from publication. These Terms are governed by the law of the operator’s jurisdiction unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
