How Frameriver plans, payment, and access work.

The service

Frameriver is an online AI video production studio. SELF MEDIA LLC grants a simple (non-exclusive) licence to use the FrameRiver software: access to the studio through your account, generation of images, video, and audio, scripts, characters, locations, storyboards, editing, and export. The service is provided electronically; no physical goods are sold or shipped.

Plans and prices

The licence fee is defined by the plan you choose. Current plans with fixed prices, feature sets, and generation volumes are published on the Plans page. Full terms are in the Terms of Service.

Payment

Payment is processed by a payment service provider; card details are handled by the provider and never reach SELF MEDIA LLC. A receipt is sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Access after payment

Access to the paid plan opens in your account automatically once the payment is confirmed, normally within minutes. No delivery is required. If access does not open, write to bit@frameriver.ai.

Refunds

Withdrawal and refunds are governed by the Terms of Service and applicable law. Send refund requests to bit@frameriver.ai.
