How the section works#

  1. Left — people. The “Name or email” search and the groups: “Team”, “Company owners”, “Deactivated”, and “Invitations” while there are pending invitations.
  2. Top right — Add and Invite.
  3. Center — the summary. While nobody is selected, the whole team’s activity over the year and the latest generations; select a person to see their card.

01Members and roles#

Each person in the list has a project role and the date of their last activity. The “Owner” badge marks a company owner: they see all projects, even without a role in them.

Project roles:

Role What they can do
Producer Settings, team, archive — everything in the project
Director Settings and content, but no team management
Contributor Content only: script, assets, shots, generations
Viewer View only
Support View and generation logs

02Member card#

Click a person to open their card: role, spend over 30 days, average cost per generation, last activity, time in the project, the activity map for the year and their generations.

Change the role with the list in the top right; the “⋯” menu has “Member card” and “Remove from project”. A person removed from the project stays a company member and keeps access to their other projects.

Important

You cannot change your own role, and only a producer or a company owner can change roles and the team lineup.

03Invite a new person#

Invite opens the invitation window: email — you can enter several addresses at once — an optional first and last name, the company role and the role in this project. Each person gets an email with a link that is valid for 14 days.

Until a person accepts the invitation, they are in the “Invitations” group — with “Send again” and “Revoke” there too.

Add is for people who already work at the company: pick from the company members who are not in the project yet, and one role for all of them.

04Activity and spend#

The “Team activity over the year” map shows the days the team generated; the “Count / Spend” switch changes the measure. Below is the generation feed with who started each one and with which model.

Tip

The member card counts spend over 30 days and the share of the project’s spend — handy for seeing where the budget goes.

What’s next#

Assign tasks to people on the “Tasks” board — the assignee is picked from the project team.
